John King, Vice President Prudential Preferred Properties:  John became a full time Realtor in 1997, and is also an Associate Broker for Prudential.  John brings strong negotiating skills to the table, and has the ability to work with a large number of clients without sacrificing personal service.  Prior to joining Susan in real estate, he was in the Oil & Gas Business for 25 years.  John is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and since 1983 has been Vice President of Head & King Exploration, Company. 

Justin Hansen:  10 years real estate sales experience, plus over 25 years experience as a paralegal, with specialties in real estate, title insurance and closings. Always keeping customer service in the forefront, Justin prides herself in always meeting her clients' needs. She is very experienced in the military relocation process and is a certified USAA and Cendant Relocation Specialist. She has a large client base, with tremendous military clientele.

Bridget Spearman Jones:  Bridget is not only a realtor of Prudential Preferred Properties (licensed since 1988), but she is also Vice President of Spearman Homes, Inc., where she continues her leadership role within the family-owned company, begun in 1972, where the seamless tradition of the Spearman philosophy is quality workmanship.  For Bridget it is about the utmost in integrity, because we make a difference in the lives of the people we touch. 

Jan King McKinnon:  Full time licensed assistant who handles all of the closing coordination with strong organizational skills.  After the contract is signed, her expertise in working with buyers, mortgage companies and attorneys is invaluable.  Jan also brings paralegal experience to the table, and is a former business owner.
